Grapes:  Pinot grigio 85%, with a max of 15% of other similar grapes as for DOC legislation.

Maximum yield per hectare:12000 kilos.

Alcohol: 12.5%.

Minimum total acidity: 3 per thousands.

Minimum dry extract: 20 per thousands.

Aging: None.

Organolectic characteristics:

Straw-yellow color with ashen-gray reflexes from dark copper colored to soft rose colored, delicate scent, typical of acacia, rich taste, and warm with pleasant and persistent flavor.

Gastronomic combinations:

Seafood antipasto, seafood risotto, fish soups and stew, baked or grilled fishes.
