TENUTA DI TRECCIANO
DANIELLO   2004

DANIELLO, Rosso Toscano IGT, wine is a Supertuscan produced and selected in the Trecciano estate. The estate lies in a magnificent valley 16 km southwest of the medieval town ofSiena.

The grapes utilized for this wine are  Sangiovese (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%).

Extremely healthy grapes, a long maceration on their skins with a fast separation from their stems, an aging od 12 month in French oak barriques, followed by a long period of refinement in the bottle.

It is very suitable to be used with strong flavored meats as well as medium to well matured cheeses.
